Product Description

The finishing mill unit consists of an upper cross 45° high-speed wire rod finishing mill. The finishing unit is located in the high-speed wire rod workshop. Æ17 ~ Æ21mm rolling material is transported upstream of the continuous micro-tension rolling mill through 10 unit frames, and rolled into Æ5.5 ~ Æ16mm finished wire rod. Guaranteed working speed of 90 meters/second. The final product specification is Æ5.5mm.

High speed rolling,controlled rolling,precision rolling,quick change of complete machine.A double stand reducing mill and a double stand sizing mill are added behind the finishing mill to share part of the extension,which greatly reduces the rolling speed of the finishing mill,reduces the sharp tempurature rise caused by the wire deformatiob in the high-speed area,and contrlis the tempurature of the rolled piece.
