Core structure and working principle:

1. Hopper feed system:
The top of the machine is equipped with a large upward-facing funnel-shaped inlet, the opening size is usually customized according to the type of material to be processed (e.g., 1-2 meters in diameter), and the inner wall is smoothly inclined (inclination angle of about 45°-60°), so as to use gravity to make the waste material automatically slide down to the compression chamber, which reduces the difficulty of feeding manually, and is suitable for bulk processing of fragmented waste materials.
2. Hydraulic compression system:
Adopting oil cylinder to drive the compression plate, through the hydraulic pump station to provide high-pressure power (pressure can be up to 50-200 tons), the waste material in the compression chamber under the funnel for the horizontal or vertical direction of the reciprocating compression. During the compression process, the waste material is squeezed into a regular package (such as rectangular) in the closed space, and the density can be up to 1/8-1/5 of the original volume.
3. Automatic control system:
