Introduction:
Compared to the traditional flat molding machine, the ring structure of this biomass briquetting machine exhibits high efficiency and a low failure rate. The equipment shreds and compresses raw materials such as corn stalks, wheat stalks, cotton stalks, straw, rice husks, peanut shells, corn cobs, branches, tree leaves, wood chips, household waste, waste cloth, paper mill waste and other materials into burning rods.
Working Method:
This biomass briquetting machine molding unit consists of a charging belt conveyor, a block press host, a receiving conveyor, a computer distribution cabinet, and other components. The operational principle is as follows: the material to be pressed is crushed and shredded into lengths ranging from 10mm to 100mm with a moisture content of 15% -25%. The material is then fed through the feeding conveyor into the feed port of the pressing machine. Under appropriate temperature and pressure conditions, the pressing machine compresses and forms the material which subsequently falls into the receiving conveyor through the discharge port.
(Note: Depending on different raw materials, treatment should be carried out according to technical requirements regarding water content and grinding particle size.)
