1.Product Induction
This RDF Biomass briquetting machine adopts the ring mode structure, which has the characteristics of higher working efficiency and lower failure rate than the traditional flat die briquetting machine. Corn stalks, wheat stalks, cotton stalks, straw, rice husks, peanut husks, corn cob, branches, leaves, sawdust, household waste, waste cloth, paper mill waste and other wastes as raw materials are crushed and shredded into briquettes as RDF burning rods.

2.Working principle
This RDF forming unit consists of feeding belt conveyor, briquetting machine host, receiving conveyor, computer power distribution cabinet and other parts. Its working principle is: smash and shred the material to be pressed, its length is 10mm-100mm, and its moisture content is within the range of 15%-25%. After the block host is compressed and formed at a suitable temperature and pressure, it falls into the receiving conveyor from the discharge port. (Note: According to the different raw materials, the water content and crushing particle size of the material need to be processed according to the technical requirements)
