Composition of vertical transmission box
Transmission box, passive gear shaft, transmission gear shaft, spiral gear shaft set and transmission asix, oil box, bearing and support base of bearing.
Technical characteristics
Box is melt with thick steel with great quality to reach the high intensity & heavy load capacity that the case required. Case should take stress aging treatment before the produce to reach the stability that needed. In order to ensure the installation precise standard, box need to adopt total assemble produce.
Transmission gear shaft and passive gear shaft use carbon steel parts to forge, Tooth surface using the carburizing techniques to achieve high hardness, in order to make sure the loading and big twist distance requirement of gear. After finishing the installation, the balancing test is needed to take, the speed should be 600 r / min, the balance level is G6.3 to satisfy the demand precise of using.
Spiral bevel gear set, use carbon steel blank, spiral bevel surface experience the carburizing and quenching treatment to get the hardness that required, insure the heavy load possibility of gear shaft and big twist distance. Grinding the tooth surface and roll holes to reach the required high accuracy & durableness of spiral bevel gear set. When the assemble finished, the no-loading test should be keep 2-4hours, the speed is 1200r/min, the temperature of shaft should not exceed 40ºC,the work of gear should be smooth, no hitting noise and abnormal concussion, every joint surface should not have oil spill phenomenon. Vibration intensity should not exceed 4mm/s.
The finishing mill unit consists of an upper cross 45° high-speed wire rod finishing mill. The finishing unit is located in the high-speed wire rod workshop. Æ17 ~ Æ21mm rolling material is transported upstream of the continuous micro-tension rolling mill through 10 unit frames, and rolled into Æ5.5 ~ Æ16mm finished wire rod. Guaranteed working speed of 90 meters/second. The final product specification is Æ5.5mm.

1. The effect of Vertical loop:
Wire-rod has the problem of the dynamic tension fluctuation caused by interference when it is in the process of rolling, so it lead to the fluctuation of the dimension of the rolling element, vertical loop can eliminate part of the tension fluctuation to make sure the precision of the equipments.
2. The structure of Vertical loop:
Vertical loop is composed of sets of roll(it is pushed by cylinder), back-up roll and loop groove. The sets of roll used to form cover. Side-wall is used to support the element to form the loop. Loop adopt the central pole mount, which is easy to turn on and adjust the mill guide and guard
The diameter of sets of roll cylinder is Φ 160mm; Distance is 200mm.
The working altitude of loop is 100mm higher than the rolling centre line.
The highest altitude of loop is 400mm higher than the rolling centre line.
3, Lubrication and pneumatic:
The transmission parts of loop adopt glycerol manual lubrication.
The air used in loop and rear brakes is unified offered by workshop, the pressure to compressed air is around0.4~0.6Mpa.

(2)the structure of side loop: Side loop is composed by cylinder, sets of roll, loop platform, turning roll and loop scanner. Cylinder push the sets of roll. Sets of roll is mainly combined by the roll on the rocker. When the sets of roll is in the location of retraction, roll fully withdraw the rolling line, the tip of roller can directly get into the finishing mill through loop platform. When the sets of roll turn to the extended position, it forward to the rolling line and push the rolling element to loop platform, then the loop is formed.
The diameter of sets of roll cylinder is Φ 130mm; Distance is 254mm.
The working altitude of loop is 300mm.
The highest altitude of loop is 700mm.

Heavy duty finishing mill for 45° top cross untwisted high-speed wire rod:ϕ230×10structure,speed increasing box,large base,water baffle and waterproof groove,buffer box,protective cover,coupling,and finishing mill are equipped with pipes.
The upstream ϕ17~ϕ21mm rolled piece is rolled into ϕ5.5~ϕ16mm finished product.
Wire discharger:Safety guard is the cylinder structure and the spinning head is installded in it .Its incline design is for the security. Top half of safty guard can been opened by the air cylinder for changing the spinning pipe but its must been closed at regular work. It should been processed static balancing test for all of the equipments with rotation dabber.Then we can increase or decrease the weight of them on basis of testting. After static balancing test it should been processed dynamic balance test which measure datas are :testting rotate speed : 1900r/min, dynamic balance quality : G2.5.There are two test points in the front and back bearing cap when the wire discharger is assembled you could test vibration data on the two points.And the test vibration masure data is 5mm/s.
It is the vertical cantilener structure and the center line slopes down ten degrees. It consists of spinning pipe which is installed in the rotation dabber and gearing.There is one DC adjustable-speed motor that could drive the rotation dabber through a pair of bevel gear wheel.Spinning pipe can spin regular wire coil on the basis of setting revolving speed .
Wire discharger rotation dabber consists of spinning head and hollow shaft.Spinning head is usede to fixation spinning pipe and hollow shaft.And the hollow shaft would been drived by bevel gear in the driving box.There is a pipe among the internal of bevel gear.And there is water-cooling drivepipe between the pipe and hollow shaft .Water-cooling drivepipe is used for cooling the pipe and it will protected the bearings of the hollow shaft to keep away from high temperature of rolled piece.
Wire discharger drive gear box used welding structure. The gear and bearings used thin oil central lubrication process.

A double stand reducing mill and a double stand sizing mill are added behind the finishing mill to share part of the extension,which greatly reduces the rolling speed of the finishing mill,reduces the sharp tempurature rise caused by the wire deformatiob in the high-speed area,and contrlis the tempurature of the rolled piece.
