The whole line adopts PLC control, LCD display touch screen, and man-machine interface to realize the interaction between humans and PLC. The operator can automatically run (programmable control) through the set program and monitor the control process. This allows the operator to control the production line, modify control parameters, and monitor real-time equipment running status, running parameters, and fault indications. Part length digital setting enables adjustment of part length. Real-time monitoring of equipment operating status and fault indication is also available.

There are two modes of operation: manual/automatic. With manual mode, single operations can be carried out for easy maintenance; in automatic mode, the entire production line runs and starts sequentially. An emergency stop button is installed along the entire line to handle emergency accidents easily while ensuring equipment and operator safety.
The automatic CU section steel production line begins with an uncoiling machine that feeds material rolls onto a loading car controlled by PLCs before entering into a press for leveling purposes. The leveled material then goes through an automatic shear butt welding mechanism where it undergoes cutting from head to tail after joining with previous rolls using automated welding techniques. Next, it enters a material storage looper mechanism which ensures non-stop production capability by storing materials temporarily during production cycles. After leaving the looper mechanism, steel coils are drawn up by an elevated frame before passing through a punching mechanism buffered by a pit below it.The punching program is programmed according to product requirements,and punched steel belts enter roll forming equipment via buffer pit.The modified sentence has improved grammar accuracy without changing its original meaning.
